Repair or Replace
At our sole discretion, free of charge. Proof of purchase required.
Scope of coverage
Frameless Shower Doors by LUXE Glass warrants our products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the product is owned by the original purchasing business or consumer. If a claim is deemed valid, the decision whether to repair or replace is determined solely by Frameless Shower Doors by LUXE Glass.

Effective date
This warranty only applies to products, installations, or services rendered after February 1, 2025.

LUXE Glass products only
The warranty only applies to products, installations, or services purchased through Frameless Shower Doors by LUXE Glass. We do not warranty glass or hardware breakage, surface scratches or scuffs once the product is installed or carried out of the building, unless authorized by LUXE Glass at its sole discretion.

Tile breakage
On rare occasions, tile may break and/or crack when drilling holes. There is no warranty against tile breakage. If tile breaks, the install will stop and the customer will be notified immediately. Tile breakage when drilling reflects the quality of the tile installation — not the workmanship or products of LUXE Glass. It is the customer's responsibility to have tile replaced.

Water deflection — not retention
A frameless shower is designed to deflect water, not retain it. If a completely waterproof solution is required, a frameless shower is not suggested.

Damage exclusions
This warranty does not apply to defects or damages caused by non-LUXE Glass products or hardware, product abuse or misuse, improper care or cleaning, non-LUXE Glass repairs or installations, movement or transfer of products from their original installation location, or natural disaster.

Non-shower glass systems
Due to the nature of the products, glass handrails, glass partitions, commercial storefronts/curtainwall, and any other glass systems other than shower doors do not qualify for the lifetime warranty.

Normal wear and tear
Products may experience changes in appearance due to normal wear and tear, which is not a defect and is not covered. This includes but is not limited to silicone adherence and discoloration, mirror de-silvering, and hard water buildup.

Third-party nano-coatings
Non-LUXE Glass branded hydrophobic nano-coating treatments come with their own implied manufacturer's warranty. LUXE Glass is not liable for any non-LUXE Glass nano-coating defects. All issues must be taken directly to the manufacturer.

Glass blemish standard
Per ASTM standards regarding blemishes in glass — glass must be viewed from a 10-foot distance in natural, non-direct light. If blemishes remain apparent under these conditions, there is cause for remakes.

Oversized glass & mirrors
Glass panes over 108" in height or width are not warranted for bowing. Mirrors over 60x96" are not warranted, as larger sizes are not recommended due to distortion.
Important — frosted & acid etched glass
Acid etched and frosted glass is extremely susceptible to fingerprints and spotting due to the natural oils on hands and other environmental factors such as steam. This is not a defect and is not covered under warranty. Please refer to the glass care guidelines below.

Provide proof of purchase
Proof of purchase must accompany all warranty claims. Have your receipt or invoice ready.

Describe the defect
Share photos and a clear description of the issue. Our team will evaluate your claim promptly.

Resolution
If the claim is valid, LUXE Glass will repair or replace the defective product free of charge at our sole discretion.
Keep It Looking New
Glass & Shower Care
Regular cleaning
Wipe down glass after each use with a squeegee or soft cloth to prevent hard water buildup and soap scum accumulation.
Safe cleaners only
Use pH-neutral, non-abrasive glass cleaners. Avoid acidic cleaners, bleach, or abrasive sponges which can damage seals, hardware finishes, and glass coatings.
Silicone & seals
Inspect silicone seals periodically. Some discoloration over time is normal wear and is not covered under warranty. Replace as needed to maintain performance.
Frosted glass care
Acid etched and frosted glass is highly susceptible to fingerprints and spotting. Clean gently and frequently with a soft, lint-free cloth.
Hardware care
Wipe hardware dry after use. Avoid abrasive cleaners on finished hardware. Periodic tightening of hinges and handles maintains proper alignment and function.
Nano-coatings
If your glass has a hydrophobic nano-coating, follow the manufacturer's specific care instructions. Abrasive cleaners will degrade the coating over time.
